I have practiced yoga almost a year now and I haven’t looked back. Yoga definitely helped me with stress from planning our wedding and continually allows me to free my mind for that hour on the mat. I’d like to think that I have gotten pretty good in my practice (still trying to master my handstand. . . Mantra: it’s all about the journey), but I want to try something new and challenging. Enter Hot Yoga. I plan on trying out a new class this week – hopefully I survive. I heard it’s pretty intense … 100* room intense. purposely putting yourself in a not-so-pleasant-situation and enjoying it might be crazy, but if that’s not yoga love, I don’t know what is. With all that sweating in the near future, I need breathable & lightweight clothes. Shorts are a must as well as a sheer tank and ToeSox. These are AMAZING. If you tend to sweat once you hit the mat, these are a blessing. Say it with me … no. more. slipping.
Can’t wait to try my class! I’ll let you know how it goes. Namaste!
